What will you be doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner, following the company procedures
• Assist customers with account issues, game rules, and betting inquiries.
• Investigate and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary
• Foster relationships with game and sports odds providers as well as other departments to resolve customer queries and issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to online gaming and betting platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of casino games, sportsbook betting, promotions, and company policies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.

What are we looking for:

• Experience in a customer service role, especially within the iGaming industry (both casino and sportsbook), will be considered as an asset.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated strong customer orientation.
• Independence: Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, French , German or Italian is considered a plus.
• Escalation Handling: Experience as the point of contact for various types of escalations is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Tools: Familiarity with Intercom, Slack, PaymentIQ, Sumsub, and Notion is considered a plus.
